Job Description :

Bonding materials such as cured graphite, fiberglass, aluminum, titanium and other composite materials using epoxy adhesives This involves the following : Proper bond surface preparation Adhesive mixing, application, pressure and securing to achieve proper bonds Assisting in bonding and assembly of cured graphite or aluminum skins to honeycomb Insert preparation, bonding and potting into panel assemblies.

Perform spacecraft integration tasks - Assemble, install Structure parts, assemblies, Waveguide, Coax cables, Thermal blankets.

in clean room environment.

Requirement :

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications : Minimum Requirements : Must be a U.S citizen or permanent resident Must have a High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience Must have ability to read, understand, and follow process instructions and have the ability to perform on layup and assembly techniques Demonstrate dexterity using general manufacturing hand and measuring tools, scissors, utility knife, calipers, scales etc Ability to lift 50 lbs with assistance Maintain good attendance and adhere to shift start time and scheduled break times Work overtime when requested to support company schedule.
