Minimum Qualifications
Requires are least a high school diploma or equivalent. Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications
Two to three years' experience in a mid to high volume customer service establishment.
Position Summary
This position will assist in recruiting, training, and directing of a team a professionals that ensure service excellence of food and beverage in all outlets with in the Georgia Center for Continuing Education and hotel. This position will be responsible for managing elements related to the profit and loss within the outlet operations and assist the RDM in the development and management of a service culture that creates.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
  • Multitask and prioritize accordingly
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to plan work schedules, to assign personnel, and supervise the work of subordinates in a manner conducive to full performance while maintaining morale.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Ability with employees and patrons.
  • Experience in a mid to high volume customer service establishment.
