Duties include but are not limited to:
Communicate effectively with Account Managers and client to ensure smooth client experience.
Serve as the liaison between the client (realtor\lender), Marketing Coordinators and Data team.
Commute to realtor offices, Brokers Opens, and other industry events outside of the Main Office building.
Process client requests, input into Podio software system, facilitate ongoing discussion with Marketing team and manage projects to final delivery.
Work with clients to provide TG marketing products (postcards, flyers, eblasts, etc) that help to promote their real estate listings or target marketing.
Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through strong customer service (via phone, email, and in-person)
Attend monthly sales & marketing meetings.
Direct business/sales opportunities to Account Managers and/or Sales Manager.
Review daily project status in Podio and manage deadlines effectively.
Relationship management for new book of business.
Collaborate with team members for goal setting and direction.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
Verify that escrow entries are accurate.
Requirements:
College degree in communication, marketing or business is preferred. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in sales, marketing, customer service and/or business environment required.
Float and provide coverage to support different team members within our sales team
Strong organizational skills and flexibility to meet tight deadlines, coordinate communications between all involved.
Technically proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and Power Point) and other computer applications.
Strong business writing skills using a computer and information technology.
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving abstract required.
May require visiting neighbor island branches.

Pay: $24.61 per hour plus bonus incentives
