The role will be responsible for developing and executing our technical go-to-market plans for Genesys Cloud CX. This person will have a unique ability to translate technical product details into a value-first narrative that aligns to our positioning and messaging. Responsibilities encompass creating impactful technical content, including demo scripts and documentation, while also influencing market perception.The ideal candidate will have experience working with contact center software, as well as exceptional communication abilities. This position requires a combination of strong technical, marketing skills, project/program management, knowledge about the competitive landscape, and deep understanding of buyer personas. Gain a deep understanding of Genesys Cloud CX, its features, functionality, and the underlying technology. Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable and impactful messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Create innovative and compelling technical content that can be used by our sales teams including product demos & scripts, technical 1-pagers, product FAQs, technical playbooks and more.
Shape analyst and influencer perspective of Genesys Cloud CX through inquiries, briefings, and other strategic engagements.
Work with technical sales to build out use cases across enterprise-wide demo environments.
Enable technical pre-sales teams with formal technical trainings and regular product updates.
Co-ordinate the end-to-end storytelling experience with Product Management, Product Marketing, Enablement, Sales Engineering and Sales.
Train distribution and GTM functions on how to deliver the demo and story.
Be the go-to technical resource on marketing team to inform programs and content.
Collaborate across multiple departments to drive positioning alignment and value articulation of Genesys Cloud CX.
Required Qualifications
5 years in enterprise SaaS Product Marketing, preferably in a multi-product environment
Ability to demo contact center solutions, or past experience with SaaS product demonstrations.
Experience building and presenting product demonstrations at customer-facing events or meetings.
Exceptional strategic, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize high impact activities, manage multiple priorities and keep complicated projects moving forward.
Track record of successfully influencing and collaborating with Product Management, Sales, Sales Operations and Marketing
Exceptional written and oral communication skills at an executive level
Bachelors degree or demonstrated professional equivalent skill
Willing to travel 30%

Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $88,400 - $183,600
Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidates experience, qualifications, skills, and location.

Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidates experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
