Position

We are looking for a Set-Up/Delivery Technician at our office in Spokane, WA . If you are dependable, hard-working, looking for future advancement, and looking to join a team providing excellent customer service to our clients, we want to talk with you.

Essential Job Duties

  • Unbox, Set-up, and test new equipment and accessories
  • Mechanically Inclined and willing to develop these skills for the position
  • Ensuring correct and complete lease-ins, lease returns, equipment swaps, and rental return paperwork is accurate and turned in on time.
  • Receive and manage equipment in the shop
  • Coordinating copier and fax deliveries, managing personal time schedule
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, sales, and service
  • Managing/scheduling the demo equipment for setup at customer locations
  • Basic networking of office equipment at customer location and mechanical understanding in the shop for equipment setups prior to deliveries.
  • Some heavy lifting necessary, ability to use warehouse tools
  • Direct customer interaction, proper business etiquette and company attire required.

Qualifications

  • Good communication skills, detail oriented, and organizational skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and computer skills, able to follow directions
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean DMV record
  • Stable work history
  • Verifiable references
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
