We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead our ERP (Sage), Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation projects and innovate our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT project management principles, ERP systems (specifically Sage), WMS, and using new technology to improve efficiency with a proven track record in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in ice cream manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of ERP (Sage), WMS and A.I. implementation projects within budget, scope, and time constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, operations, finance, and supply chain to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business processes.
• Conduct needs analysis, process redesign, and system customizations to meet business requirements while minimizing disruption to operations.
• Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, budget reports, and performance metrics.
• Ensure system compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new systems.
• Evaluate project outcomes, capturing lessons learned and best practices for future initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years focused on ERP (Sage) and WMS implementations in the food manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly Sage, and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Scrum).
• Experience in the ice cream or related food manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP), ERP systems, or related areas are a plus.
