My client recently opened a position for a Periodontist in their private practice. They offer clinical support with direct one-on-one mentoring to all their doctors. My client allows you to concentrate on your area of expertise, while others manage patient administrative paperwork and office staffing. They strive to hire great people from top to bottom, to ensure an efficient flow of daily operations; from the reception area to dental assisting staff. Not only do you have the freedom to focus on the periodontal skills of dentistry, but you have control over treatment plans.
Periodontist Benefits:
- Minimum daily guarantee along with production/collection-based compensation.
- Full control over the treatment plan.

- Reimbursement for License & Continuing Education
- Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
- Specialize in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease and in the placement of dental implants
- Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations.
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
- DDS or DMD degree.
- Completion of Periodontics Residency Program.
- Licensed in state (or willing to obtain license).
- Previous experience is preferred.
