We are looking for a strong leader to help build and scale our Walmart Fulfillment Services’ (WFS) business. In this role you will shape our cost reduction strategy, delivering solutions that drive meaningful improvements to the WFS P&L and help keep prices low for customers & sellers. The ideal candidate will have great problem-solving skills, will be extremely comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, and will have exceptional analytical skills (SQL, etc.). Essential Functions:

• Leads the development and execution of advanced analytics to address unique business and technical problems and support data-driven decision making.
• Makes strategic recommendations to cross-functional leadership based on analysis results, and influences roadmap prioritization of partner teams.
• Owns complex projects end-to-end for a business area; manages risks associated with implementation.
• Develops data models (algorithms, approaches) for complex projects within a business area to drive business results and value.
• Coaches team members and provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge, and work performance.
