Pablo Group is looking for a Sales Assistant to support our growing organization, The Lismore Hotel through August 26th.

In this role, you’ll make an impact by….

• Intake of Sales leads/calls
• Distribute client information to appropriate Sales Manager
• Organization and filing of client and event information
• Completing group blocks in Sales platform

We are looking for individuals with….

• Experience in an office setting
• Good organizational skills
• Strong execution of tasks
• Sense of time management
• Previous sales/administrative experience a plus
