Responsibilities:

• Familiar with Microsoft Outlook
• Mirror Match new parts, with parts from the vehicle and place on part cart
• Receive Parts using CCC ONE estimating program
• Check invoices from vendors for proper billing
• Attend daily production meetings with collision personnel
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Manage and maintain inventory, receiving, shipping parts and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with technicians, front office, vendors, in-person via phone, and email
• Interact with the Collision Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service
• Check quantity and condition of goods received against invoices and purchase orders
• Check part numbers and unit cost as well as total billing for charges against proper repair orders
• Process core returns, parts warranties and parts returns as necessary
• Prior experience in retail/wholesale automotive parts industry recommended/preferred 

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Proficient with CCC One (Bonus)
• Previous experience in collision repair
• Organized, motivated, and driven
• Detail oriented
