THE POSITION:

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) - Brighotn, MI - Full-time - No Late Nights - No Weekends

We are looking for a talented BCaBA who has a strong clinical background coupled with a team mindset and a dedication to serve our clients. With the utilization of our unique synergistic approach to therapy we can accelerate the development process.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Creates simulated conditions to observe the behavior of each client

  • Formulates appropriate treatment plans that are sensitive to clients’ cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs

  • Administers treatment and tailor interventions as needed

  • Suggests additional treatment by other professionals as required

  • Operates within time, financial, and other resource constraints

  • Remains abreast of changes in research on evidence-based practices

  • Advocates for the inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities within society

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Able to act decisively and maintain client dignity

  • Proven work experience as a BCaBA or similar role

  • Have very strong interpersonal skills to build professional relationships with clients, families, and co-workers

  • Have excellent leadership, and time management skills

  • Adhere to ethical standards in HIPAA and the BCaBA code of ethics

  • Be excited about the growth opportunities ahead

  • Have a passion for research

  • Love to think outside the box to provide excellence in care

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
