Oxford Health Group is proudly hiring an experienced  Resident Care Director, in an Assisted Living/Memory Care facility located in Westminster, CA.

In this role, you will be implementing the standards of resident care and oversee the care team. The Resident Care Director operates memory care components in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. You will provide strategic leadership for resident care in the community by working with each department to coordinate care and services that promote resident’s quality of life

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in an assisted living environment required
• Three years of experience in a position with management and leadership responsibilities.
• Basic knowledge of and ability to apply Geriatric Nursing principles.
• Familiarity with pertinent State Regulations
• Knowledge of how to develop and utilize service plans, medication management systems, infection control practices and safety procedures
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
•  LVN license a plus
