We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help us build the next generation of products for end-to-end SaaS data protection. Our products will leverage native Salesforce technologies to deliver actionable insights to enable our customers to secure their business.

Our tech stack is on the Salesforce platform, using Apex, Visualforce and the Vue3 framework. As a SaaS platform we operate in a cloud native environment. We believe in a culture of continuous improvement and constant refactoring.

• Deliver new features and enhancements for our suite of Salesforce products, including back-end and front-end components
• Work closely with cross-functional team members to define new product features based on market needs
• Does tech design and architecture design for new epics using industry standard charts like UML, flow charts, etc.
• Write code following all best practices and standard, with a strong focus on security controls
• Participate in code reviews to improve overall code quality
• Participate in all scrum ceremonies with the product team

• 7 years of relevant experience doing software development on the Salesforce platform, including declarative configurations, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL/SOSL and related technologies. Salesforce integration and API experience preferred. Salesforce sharing and visibility model knowledge preferred.
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle, Scrum framework, and Agile methodology
• Working knowledge of both object-oriented and functional design and programming, as well as JavaScript frameworks such as React.js and Vue.js
• Knowledge of and experience with automated unit testing frameworks, including Apex and Jest
• Extensive understanding of Salesforce development best practices and limitations. Experience building Enterprise-level Salesforce solutions at scale is required.
• Lightning experience preferred
• Salesforce DX experience preferred

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our San Diego, CA office a minimum of 3 days per week to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.

The base salary hiring range for this position is $148,000 to $186,000. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be dependent upon various factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, scope of the role, and location.
