Our Mission:
We aim to equip our agents with the training, knowledge, and support needed for success in their real estate careers. We provide comprehensive training sessions and guidance to navigate the complexities of the real estate industry.

Compensation:

Commission-based pay
Expected earnings: $60,000 - $150,000 annually
Potential yearly bonus

Responsibilities:

• Hold an active California real estate license
• Conduct prospecting and lead generation through various channels such as in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, and open houses
• Represent buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions
• Negotiate purchase agreements, listing agreements, resolve client issues, and liaise with third parties
• Self-motivated with a drive for excellence
• Excellent communicator and enjoys working with people
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to learn new skills
• Optimistic, hardworking, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy

Requirements:

• Active Real Estate License in California and must live in California (REQUIRED)
