Position Summary: The Intake Coordinator is responsible for receiving/processing all referrals for inpatient rehabilitation and routes them appropriately to determine eligibility for admission based on admission criteria. Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, managing and directing the admission process. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current BLS Certification
• Demonstrate leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• General knowledge of psychiatric nursing practice
• Graduate of an accredited program of Registered Nursing
• Experience in psychiatric nursing is preferred
• Current Iowa Registered Nurse License
