Oswego Health is Hiring a LPN/MEDICAL ASSISTANT - Oswego Family Physicians Near Oswego, NY
Rooming patients, Getting vitals, Knowledge of our EMR, Medical Terminology, Typing Skills. Works under the direct supervision of the Practice Coordinator, designee, or provider to support secretarial and nursing staff in the areas of patient care.
High School Diploma or GED and graduate of a Medical Assistant program with a current MA Certification/ LPN-graduate from an Accredited Practical Nursing Program with current NYS licensure. Current certification in CPR, clerical and computer knowledge required. Prefer at least one year experience in a medical office setting. Knowledge of medical terminology and/or 3rd party insurance process preferred. PC/CRT data entry and strong customer service skills.
Pay Range;
Medical Assistant, $16.20-$17.82/hr
LPN $22.50-$24.75/hr
Employee salary is based on commensurate experience and other qualifications.
