**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Day Spa Wellness

Center as a Medical Assistant/Patient Coordinator. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk receptionist duties while also assisting with vitamin injections for our clients. This position requires a blend of administrative skills, medical knowledge, and excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Front Desk Receptionist:**
- Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about our services.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

2. **Patient Coordination:**
- Assist clients with completing necessary paperwork and forms.
- Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for clients.

3. **Medical Assistance:**
- Administer vitamin injections under the guidance of licensed healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs as necessary.
- Follow proper protocols for infection control and safety measures.

- Assist in maintaining medical supplies and equipment.

4. **Customer Service:**
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries.
- Educate clients about wellness services offered at the spa.
- Ensure a positive and comfortable experience for clients throughout their visit.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical office or spa setting preferred.

- Familiarity with vitamin injections and wellness practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
