Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Orthopedic Surgery & Clinic

Are you a skilled Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner seeking a dynamic role in a thriving healthcare environment? Look no further! We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and assist our esteemed orthopedic surgeons in the operating room, clinic, and outreach locations. This position will include call time and working after hours in the Walk-In-Clinic on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities:

•  Assist orthopedic surgeon in surgical procedures, providing essential support and expertise in the operating room.

• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose orthopedic conditions, and develop comprehensive treatment plans under the guidance of the surgeon.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.

• Participate in outreach programs, extending specialized orthopedic care to diverse communities

Job Requirements:

• Valid South Dakota PA or NP license and certification.

• Previous experience in orthopedics preferred but not required.

• Strong surgical skills and ability to assist in complex procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
