The Building Services Manager assists the Director of Building Services in the planning, development and proper operations of the plant and building equipment systems including the heating, air conditioning, water, and electrical utility systems in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The overall objective is to oversee all facility maintenance operations to ensure that the facility is maintained in a safe and professional manner.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to, exterior grounds work, snow/ice removal, driving company vehicles for transportation or supply pickup.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires high school diploma or equivalent
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION AND REGISTRATION:
Requires 2nd Grade Stationary Engineer License; 1st Grade Stationary Engineer License preferred
Requires valid driver's license. Maintenance Electrician license, Plumbing License or CFC Certification preferred
WORK ORIENTATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Requires 5 years' experience in building maintenance experience. Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
