Requirements:

• Current and valid Vermont (VT) LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) license required
• Minimum 1 year of Nursing home experience as an LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) within the last 2 years, no exceptions
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
