Position Overview:
This position is perfect for a real estate agent who is looking to build up their own business and not have to rely on team leads. We provide hands on training to help you list more property and close more deals. All marketing materials will be custom tailored to YOU. Very Low splits!! 100% Commission based. LICENSED AGENTS ONLY
Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends and developments
- Prospect for listings
- Attend open houses
- Become neighborhood experts. Study parts of the city you are unfamiliar with.
- Collaborate with the team to create marketing campaigns
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain the highest level of integrity with your team and clients always
Qualifications:
- Colorado Real Estate License
- Ability to talk to people. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
