About this position
Under the supervision of the Early Learning Department’s health supervisor, the child and family health specialist will play a vital role in connecting families and children within the Early Learning and School-age programs to health and mental health services. This individual will collaborate closely with families, staff, and community partners to facilitate health-related resources, screenings, referrals, and support. In addition, this individual will be responsible for ongoing monitoring of health and mental health services to ensure the program is compliant with current standards and procedures. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively, work both independently and collaboratively within a team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with an upbeat, positive attitude who is passionate about health and eager to support the organization’s mission and achieve its goals.?
