HR Assistant - Data Entry
Our client is locally owned and operated and has grown into a regional and national industrial equipment supplier. They provide a combination of value-added technical services, engineering, consultation, and quality products to a variety of markets. They provide mission-critical equipment to a wide variety of industries.
Summary of Duties

• Assist with the transfer of employee files between systems
  
• Help set up employee files in the new system
  
• document and record all changes and ensure continuity between both systems
  
• May also input info from paper documents into the system
  
• Handle sensitive information with utmost care

*Position starts as temporary and may grow into an HR role for the right candidate
Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
  
• 1 years of data entry
  
• Must be able to type 55 WPM
  
• Proficient in 10 key
  
• Experience with HR preferred

Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay: Starting at $22/hr more for well qualified candidates
