We seek a Lead Direct Support Professional to help people find joy living in their homes. A perfect job for those who provide exemplary and routine support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate is compassionate, empathetic, responsible, and able to manage home tasks while teaching skills, support with daily needs, and grow together as you form meaningful and empowering relationships. Ensure that no voice goes unheard and no joy goes unnoticed!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide exemplary and routine Direct Support

· Assist the Program Manager with managing the home, including but not limited to filling monthly data sheets, completing monthly fire and earthquake drills, ensuring grocery shopping and budgets are complete and accurate, supporting medical needs, and helping with monthly billing.

· Drive personal and company vehicles to transport individuals receiving support (must have a current Nevada DL, Nevada vehicle registration, and car insurance that meets safety standards, be at least 21 years of age, and have at least 3 years of driving experience)

· Support individuals with utilizing public transportation.

· Accompany individuals on public transportation rides, walking to and from bus stops, etc., as needed.

· Support individuals to utilize public transportation during times of possible inclement weather and accompany them during these times.

We Will Give You:

$16.38 per hour Full-time (30 hrs.)
