Our team is looking for a Financial Analyst to join them. You will report to the Finance Manager and will have an Onsite work structure in Creedmoor, NC .
To be considered for the Financial Analyst opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• Strong Excel skills with ability to financial model and build tools & dashboards.
• 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with various internal customers.
• Thorough understanding of general accounting principles and financial statements.
• Experience with the use or audit of ERP and Reporting systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing company.

As a Financial Analyst, you will:

• Partner with Operations, PMO, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality departments to understand and drive financial and operating performance of the business.
• Maintain & improve on existing financial models, including the operating cashflow model.
• Create, maintain, improve standard reporting capabilities across Indirect, SGA, Inventory, and CAPEX Reporting
• Participate in inventory cycle counting process, including review of variances, and processing of financial adjustments.
• Contribute to strong internal control environment, including review and analysis of work in process (WIP) inventory.
• Assist and lead certain aspects of monthly financial Close, including but not limited to analysis & narrative, journal entries, account reconciliations, standard reporting.
• Identify opportunities within team and business for process improvement.
• Take on additional projects prioritized by either business or department needs.

Salary Range:

• $75,000- $85,000/year, based on experience
