As the Vice President of Operations at OnLogic, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our global Operations, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality. • Direct and supervise the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality departments of our Global Operations team.
• Oversee the planning and execution of production schedules to meet customer demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Optimize our Global Supply Chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality management and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Create and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in operations management.
