About the Physician Assistant Family Medicine opportunity

• Expanding solo Physician Practice- great teacher
• Walk-in Style clinic- so feels more like an Urgent Care.
• See 35-40 patients each day (bonus if you see more) with help of patient educators
• Office hours are 9-6 Monday- Friday, 9-3 on Saturday
• Most patients are return patients
• Women's Health exam occasionally
• Patient demographic is younger, healthy group (only about 5 % is Medicare)
• Hispanic patient base so Spanish speaking is huge benefit
• Medical Assistants and Educators are available for translation
• Suturing, EKG, Labs all available at office
• 6/7 exam rooms but plans to move to larger space in 2023
• Acute visits for UTI, URI, Flu, Covid, Headache, ortho sprains and strains
• Patient Educators available for patients with new diagnosis of Hypertension and Diabetes
• EMR is Aprima

Requirements of the Physician Assistant Family Medicine opportunity

• Graduate of Master's Program- Physician Assistant with training focus on Family Medicine
• NCCAPA certification
• Enjoy a fast paced environment - 30 minute lunch only
• Spanish speaking would be great asset for patients
• MA and Patient educators do quite a bit of note and documenting allowing Provider to move from room to room
• Able to work Saturday hours (9-3)

• Base Salary is $115,000-130,000 depending on experience
