Title: Account Executive | Medicare

Salary: $55k-$65k bonus

Location: Burnsville, MN - HYBRID

What you’ll do as a Medicare Account Executive:

• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Medicare regulations and plans to assist clients in selecting the most suitable coverage options
• Consult with clients to provide personalized Medicare insurance quotes and recommendations
• Maintain active health insurance licenses and stay updated on changes in Medicare policies and procedures
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in person, virtually, and over the phone, ensuring clients feel confident and informed
• Stay organized and prioritize tasks effectively to meet client needs and company goals

What you’ll bring to the Medicare Account Executive role:

• High School diploma or GED
• 2 years of Medicare-related experience in a professional setting
• Active Health Insurance license in resident state or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
• Desire to learn and grow within the company
• Ability to follow policies and safeguard confidential information
• Familiarity with Medicare regulations and updates
