**Talis Lending is hiring experienced Loan Officers**

A division of LendSure Mortgage Corp., Talis Lending is expanding its Non-QM retail division in 2022 and is looking to grow the team with ambitious and motivated people who want to be a part of the fastest-growing part of the mortgage industry. Lending in 43 states, we have 5 regional offices across the country.

Working out of our San Diego, CA headquarters you will manage a pipeline of company-generated leads where you will be the borrower's guide taking them from inquiry to closing. Combine your expertise and the company's technology to qualify borrowers and convert them into closed loans with your dedicated support team. You will be the first point of contact with our customers and be responsible for converting their inquiries into loans.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

* Be the first point of contact and advocate for our customers (Phone, email, or SMS)

* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries regarding their application, quotes, and the lending process in a timely manner.

* Leverage our technology (desktop and mobile) to support client engagement and client for life strategy with post-funding follow-up.

* Achieve company-wide and individual sales goals

* Coordinate with other team members to optimize the sales effort.

* Perform due diligence on new pre-qualifications and applications to determine eligibility.

* Engage funded clients for reviews and referrals

* Inform prospective and existing customers of new Mortgage products, rates, policies, general underwriting requirements, and loan procedures

* Participate in new training and licensing programs to grow your skills expand the team's capabilities.

**Qualifications**

* BA/BS from an accredited university preferred or equivalent experience

* 1 year in a sales or customer-facing role

* 1 years of Mortgage Sales experience

* MLO license required (Must have one to start)

* Energy and enthusiasm to build strong relationships with applicants from inquiry to loan funding.

* Confident, friendly, and compassionate communication skills

* Pipeline management skills
