Wednesday(8a-5p), Thursday(8a-5p), Friday(8a-5p) Saturday(8a-4:30p)

& Sunday(8a-11:30a)

The Rathbun House is a 37-room Non-profit organization, operating in Western North Carolina with a mission of caring for individuals in beautiful Asheville.

The Rathbun House strives for each guest to heal while staying with us by providing a home-like escape that is serene, intimate and attentive. Our property has important history and would like YOU to be a part of it too.

• We're looking for an accountable, reliable candidate with a passion for helping others.
• Must be computer, front desk and housekeeping savvy.
• High personal integrity, good work ethic, and self-motivation are essential.

The candidate must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, concise and effective verbal and written communication skills, sound judgment, decision-making, problem-solving, and technology skills, including experience with hospitality.

The successful candidate must also be dependable, flexible, while working cooperatively and positively with staff, volunteers, families and community resources.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
