Were looking for an In-House Sales & Service Representative to join our team.
Job Objective:
Provide superior customer service to our Domestic/USA Retailers. Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities-Customer Service include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Administer all aspects of customer service for Retail accounts, including daily communication via phone and email regarding order deadline notifications, sales order status, cancellations, delivery schedules and delivery updates, inventory availabilities, pricelist/order form distribution. Identify and resolve customer concerns and fulfill general customer requests.
Manage receipt and processing of all sales orders for Retail Accounts, including pre-book, at once, samples, POP, and promotional orders.
Provide weekly Open Order Status reports to Supervisor and Sales Management team. Work closely with Sales Manager and A/R to confirm payments are made promptly to Sole Technology for open and past due invoices.
Work closely with Logistics, Production Departments, and Inventory Control to ensure timely communication to Sales Reps/Retailers regarding delivery and order cancellations.
Monitor and track status of all sales orders and receipt of incoming product to US warehouse. Provide shipping instructions to Shipping Manager to ensure timely delivery of product.
Research and process all credits, including warranties and defects, mis-shipments, and accommodations.
Support Sales Managers/Sales Reps as needed, to include marketing initiatives and facilitating special make-up orders.
Professionally and efficiently resolve all customer issues regarding billing, credits, and shipping.
Respond to all Retailer inquiries within 24 hours
Professionally and cheerfully answer inbound call from both Sole Technology Inc.s retailers, sales representatives, and internal staff.
Education and/or Experience:
A minimum of 1 year experience working in a high volume customer service or in-house sales related position.
Bachelors or Associates Degree a Plus, and experience with USA B2B Wholesale Businesses or equivalent work experience preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong Hospitality/Service & Sales Skill are Essential
Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects and complete within deadline.
Needs to work well independently, have strong follow through skills and self initiative.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail
Has the ability to adapt to change and deal with ambiguity
Proficiency in management of Microsoft Outlook Emails
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Internet
