Office Administrator

Up to $24.00 per hour plus full benefits

As Office Administrator, you will:

• Receive industry-specific training
• Perform a combination of customer service, administrative/general office and accounting support duties
• Communicate with customers by phone and email
• Answer questions and address inquiries
• Provide information on product details, pricing, availability and lead times
• Create price quotes
• Take, enter and process orders
• Update customer account information in the CRM
• Administer Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees
• Maintain manual and electronic file systems
• Handle special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• General Office, Clerical and/or Administrative experience
• Customer Service experience
• Accounts Receivable experience
• Accounts Payable experience
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

• Human Resources Administrative experience

Northwest Suburbs of Chicago - Streamwood, IL

This is a contract assignment of indefinite length that may convert to a full time position in the future.

Partial benefits will be available from JobGiraffe throughout the duration of your contract assignment.
