Schedule Expectations

▪ Be flexible to work various shifts Tuesday – Saturday and special events on occasion

▪ Be available to work up to 20-30 hours per week

Qualifications

▪ High school diploma or equivalent, preferred

▪ Hospitality-related kitchen experience, preferred

▪ Availability to work weekends

▪ Must be able to stand continuously throughout entire shift

▪ Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds

▪ Comfortable bending, reaching, stooping, and moving quickly

Responsibilities

▪ Wash all dishes in the kitchen

▪ Wash dishes in the Pit Room as needed each day

▪ Wash Dining Room trays

▪ Distribute and store all dishes in appropriate areas after washing

▪ Clean stove top as necessary

▪ Bus tables and wipe clean as needed each day

▪ Maintain swept and mopped kitchen floors throughout each day

▪ Wipe and sanitize the kitchen area including the walk-in and reach-in refrigerators

▪ Keep all kitchen surfaces clean (counters, shelving, doors, etc.)

▪ Empty trash and dispose in dumpster

▪ Assist in organizing and storing deliveries from food distributors
