Essential Functions*: 

• Managing performance and professional development of direct report employees.
• Collaborating with other functions and customers to implement practical solutions to problems as they arise.
• Acting as a company customer interface and balancing the interests of the customer with Olin Winchester stakeholders.
• Delivering excellence and continuous improvement.

Position Requirements*: 

• Bachelor's Degree** in Engineering or related technical field; Master's Degree** preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of recent related engineering experience.
• Experience with the manufacturing of small caliber ammunition preferred.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to use computer applications to collect, analyze, and communicate technical and non-technical information.
• Microsoft Office, Minitab, InfinityQS, Visio experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication (verbal and written), and ability to interact with diverse groups of individuals.
• History of meeting and exceeding customer expectations and organizational expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence others to achieve goals in a Matrix Organization.
• This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required
• This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
• This position requires successful vetting for unescorted access in accordance with U.S. Army and Department of Defense access policies.
