About the role
As a Senior Product Manager on the Okta Personal team, you will be devising strategy and overseeing execution of a 0 to 1 product to fundamentally rethink and redefine what the future of identity looks like across the Internet.
What you’ll do
- Define and execute the product roadmap to improve user retention
- Collaborate with your engineering and design counterparts to establish project timelines and ship high-quality, delightful end user experiences
- Collaborate with GTM, analytics, and user research counterparts to conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze data
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the consumer identity space
You have
- 5 years of Product Management experience working on a direct to consumer or user-centric enterprise SaaS product
- Strong technical background and ability to quickly understand complex concepts
- Excitement to work with ambiguity in a quickly changing environment on a product that is still pre product-market fit
- Deep sense of empathy for our customers and their end-users
- Skills to convey complex ideas through written, visual, and verbal communication, from detailed specs to strategic presentations
- Persistence and a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that the product and team are successful, whether its taking over project management, QA, etc

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
