Summary:

As the Data Analyst for OKIN, you will play a big role in interpreting data to make it useful for a range of business practices. The Data Analyst will be an expert in collecting, organizing, and interpreting statistical information to use for OKIN Process. A data analyst is someone who scrutinizes information using data analysis tools. The meaningful results that are pulled from raw data to help our business make important decisions by identifying facts and trends

Responsibilities:

  • Develop records management processes and policies
  • Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
  • Set up and maintain automated data processes
  • Identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing produce and track key performance indicators
  • Develop and support reporting processes
  • Monitor and audit data quality
  • Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations

Duties include:

  • Using advanced computerized models to extract the data needed
  • Removing corrupted data
  • Execute initial analysis to assess the quality of the data
  • Performing further analysis to determine the meaning of the data
  • Audit final analysis to provide additional data screening
  • Preparing reports based on analysis and presenting them to management
  • Design and carry out surveys and analyze survey data
  • Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool.
  • Provide sector and competitor benchmarking
  • Design and carry out surveys and analyze survey data
