Smoke Stars Retail Sales Associates provide exceptional service by:

• Identifying client needs, presenting and answering questions about our products and services and recommending solutions,
• Inviting customers to engage with us and keep up to date on new product releases, special offers, etc by visiting our social media platforms and websites,
• Informing customers of any extra charges if necessary,
• Inviting the customer to join our loyalty program,
• Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor,
• Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times,
• Staying up to date on new products,
• Striving to reach Smoke Stars sale goals by recommending the best products,
• Other duties as assigned.
