The Marketing Assistant will provide support to the marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives for our fundraising events.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies to promote fundraising events.
• Create and update marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and distribution of marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.
• Manage social media accounts and online presence, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Support event promotion efforts through digital marketing channels, including social media advertising and email marketing.
• Assist with event planning and logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, and onsite support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall event goals and objectives.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing files.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
