You'll be part of a TOP general contractor firm located in South Florida, Dade & Broward Counties, offices in Fort Lauderdale, Projects Miami. Specialized in Multifamily & Commercial Construction. Projects between 10M / 150M.

Responsibilities

Full overview and responsibilities of multiple projects. Managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.

Will also be accountable for maintaining relationships with the clients, subcontractors, building trust and value throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.

15-25 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Commercial, Multifamily Mixed Use, over 100M, ground up / renovations.

To be successful you need to be able to read construction drawings, coordination, and be familiar with South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market.

Organizational, administrative, and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.

Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software's are important.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive a package of up to $150,000 - 180,000 plus benefits, allowances, Bonus and other perks.
