**Description**
**FOOD PREPARATION:**
Prepare meals within a strict time regimen for patients and staff using approved menus and recipes. Serves meals to patients and staff during meal periods.
Ensure that all prep and pulls are completed.
Prepare meals as needed for patients with special diets.
**SANITATION:**
Maintain area and kitchen in a clean and organized manner following kitchen cleaning schedule and standards set by the Maricopa County Health Department.
Perform appropriate cleaning maintenance on kitchen equipment.
**DOCUMENTATION:**
Record temperatures throughout kitchen on dish machine and all refrigerators and freezers.
Record temperatures on unit refrigerators.
Record food temperatures in log book for product on serving line.
**CUSTOMER INTERACTION**
Interact with patients, family members, external entities and internal staff professionally and respectfully.
