Ob Hospitalist Group is Hiring a Data Integrity and Project Coordinator Near Greenville, SC

The Data Integrity and Project Coordinator role is a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. This individual will be responsible for coordinating projects with hospital partners to implement data transmission and loading processes. In this multifaceted role, the individual will validate and load all data transmitted from our hospital partners into the OBHG data warehouse in addition to coordinating the project. Success in this role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to independently make decisions regarding specifications, workflow and process, and prioritization of duties.
I.Data Integrity and Project Coordinator: Essential Responsibilities

Facilitate the exchange of data with clients by building and maintaining relationships.
Coordinate and support data projects, ensuring the tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Track project tasks using the OBHG project management tool, Wrike.
Serve as the point of contact for data-related inquiries and provide guidance to hospital partners and team members on data standards and processes.
Ensure that the data provided by the client is both accurate and in an acceptable format.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by conducting thorough data validation, cleansing, and quality control processes.
Perform recurring monthly data entry and loading of client data to the data
Manage the storage of data files in the secure network, adhering to data privacy and security policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and safeguarding sensitive data.
Generate report and provide status of monthly data received and loaded.
Monitor and follow up with hospital partners on monthly data commitments.

II. Essential Skills/Credentials/Experience/Education

Intermediate Excel Skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Experience with different data formats ie. Excel, CSV, .txt
Strong task management skills, persistence, and follow up.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment; effectively juggling multiple projects and tasks.
High degree of initiative and ability to work independently and with teams
High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential
Experience with data querying, data manipulation, and data cleansing.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data analysis results to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

III. Preferred Skills/Credentials/Experience/Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, or a related discipline
Healthcare reporting and analysis experience
MicroStrategy Business Intelligence or other business intelligence platform
Project management tool such as MS Project or Wrike
Minimum 2 years' experience with data integrity / analytics as well as project coordination

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000
