Job Title: IT Specialist | Integration Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, particularly in Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and company integration processes. This role requires frequent travel, approximately 50% of the time, to client sites for on-site support and integration projects.
Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients for Microsoft 365 applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Administer and maintain Windows operating systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Assist in the integration of new companies or departments into existing IT infrastructure, including user provisioning, data migration, and system configuration.
• Conduct on-site visits to office locations for installation, maintenance, and support activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate when necessary.
• Document support activities, including configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Install and troubleshoot firewall, switches, and wireless infrastructure.
• Install and troubleshoot VoIP phones and applications.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT support and technology integration.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in IT support roles, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, including Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Proficiency in administering Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with company integration processes, such as user provisioning, data migration, and system consolidation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to client sites for on-site support and integration projects.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar are a plus.
