Oak Hall Dental is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Columbia, MD

Our privately owned family friendly general dentist office in Columbia, MD is looking for a self-motivated Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant / Expanded Function to join our team in an enjoyable working environment.

Applicants must be reliable, with positive attitude and professional demeanor, the ability to multi-task, and the desire to learn and grow within their role. We are looking for a true team player that are looking for a long-term position.

1-2 years experience required.

Duties:

  • Prepare patients for treatments or check-ups ensuring their comfort
  • Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
  • Sterilize instruments according to regulations
  • Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry, including x-rays, taking and pouring impressions, treatment planning, …
  • Manage lab cases and lab Rx info

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
