Qualifications
Responsibilities
1. Greet customers and identify customer needs in order to direct customers to the appropriate department or person.
2. Assist customers with opening, closing, and accessing safe deposit boxes and processing safe deposit maintenance according to established guidelines. Coordinate maintenance of safe deposit boxes.
3. Perform quality assurance on new deposit accounts. Ensure required documentation is obtained per FDICIA guidelines, document reviews performed and communicate any inconsistencies with management.
4. Perform a variety of general clerical duties including but not limited to maintaining sufficient supply of new account folders and brochures for the Retail staff.
5. Provide support for various retail and security functions.
6. Assist in sorting incoming mail.
7. For Brookings Location:
- Organize and maintain the Main Bank supply room and break room.
- Order weekly groceries for break room and third-floor kitchen.
- Work with outside vending company to supply break room.
- Act as backup for making popcorn.
- Coordinate the scheduling and configuration of the various conference/training rooms.
