Job Description: Full-Time - Detail Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Full-Time Auto Detail Department Manager. In this role, you will work alongside our dedicated staff while overseeing and managing the entire auto detail department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto detailing and possess exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the auto detail department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow

· Train, supervise, and motivate a team of detailers to deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service

· Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in all detailing processes

· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members

· Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies and equipment to maintain optimal productivity

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in auto detailing techniques and products

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

· Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed 

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in auto detailing is required

· Proven track record of successfully managing a team in a fast-paced environment

· Strong knowledge of auto detailing techniques, products, and equipment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

· Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

· Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and attention to detail

· Proficient in using computer software and systems related to auto detailing
