Quick Overview:

• Lead application of Lean Principles and Methods for business objectives.

• Facilitate office and operations Kaizen Events, overseeing planning and employee involvement.

• Maintain follow-up system for Kaizen event outcomes, ensuring completion of action items.

• Enhance and audit standard work, value stream mapping, and process documentation.

• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities and implement action plans.

• Ensure achievement of enterprise goals through effective coordination and updates.

• Coach and impart Lean methodologies to support ongoing Lean culture initiative.

• Drive continuous improvement, fostering a culture of Lean principles and sustainable practices.

• Focus on efficiency and excellence organization-wide.
