Job description

Staffing Agency Coordinator

We are looking for a competent Staffing coordinator to undertake a variety of tasks such as recruitment, orientation, and placement of employees. You will also be the one to ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws regarding employment. A staffing coordinator must be an excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors. They should ideally have experience in hiring and onboarding as well as other human resources procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all staffing needs and operations of the company
  • Liaising with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies in a timely manner • Supporting candidate screening and hiring processes
  • Full cycle recruiting of qualified staffs. This includes searching, cold calling, interviewing, new hire orientation, checking references, employment verification and ensure all new hire documentation is completed and inputted into system.
  • Find new effective recruitment strategies and methods to meet hiring goals.
  • Track and maintain weekly data on applicants and new hires.

Staffing

  • Maintain and update scheduling calendar and client profiles
  • Respond and resolve inquiries regarding client and scheduling conflicts, call outs, fill-in's, time off etc.
  • Constant communication with staff to confirm and update availability
  • Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the management team

Required Skills, Experience & Attributes:

  • High energy, fast learner with the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Home care/healthcare staffing, recruiting, administrative experience strongly preferred
  • Evaluate and update all hiring, onboarding, and training material.
  • Utilize software to manage recruitment and onboarding
  • Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Develop and implement new recruitment strategies online and within the community.
  • Create and maintain all employment records including but not limited to I-9 form, W-4, CORI, and all other employment related documents.
  • Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with the, colleagues, staff, and clients.
  • Able to take direction and follow the process and protocols
  • Working knowledge of job sites such as Indeed.
  • Ability to convince applicants why they should work for us
  • Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work well in a close team environment
  • Excellent computer skills. Windows, MS Word, MS Excel etc.
  • Superb customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time or Part time
