QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track record and experience in a salon management (or other management) role
• Strong leadership skills that inspire and motivate your teams performance
• Outgoing and high energy, able to multi-task and handle pressure, with experience managing inventory
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effectively lead, develop and coach a team, creating a positive work environment, training, and providing guidance on business and technical competency matters and resolving team member issues
• Resolve guest issues and provide exceptional guest service
• Educate guests on services and products
• Actively promote salon programs and promotions
