NSG, Inc. is Hiring a Building Services Coordinator Near Cincinnati, OH

NSG, Inc. is seeking a motivated and organized Building Services Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building services, including maintenance, janitorial, and security, at our office facility in downtown Cincinnati. This role involves coordinating various tasks, collaborating with clients, and providing administrative support as needed.

Job Duties:

  • Parking administration
  • Uniforms-Order and coordinate dry cleaning service.
  • Coordinate building service calls, including maintenance, janitorial, and security.
  • Collaborate with clients to organize large campaign/group events for each site, ensuring building and site safety compliance.
  • Act as a backup for the building support team.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Communicate effectively with the Property Manager regarding any site situations.
  • Oversee daily incoming/outgoing mail and receiving deliveries.
  • Coordinate internal and site-to-site associate moves smoothly and efficiently.
  • Serve as a liaison between building owners and tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other contractors to ensure cleaning and security issues are promptly addressed and resolved.

Requirements:

  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, stoop/twist as necessary.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • General computer skills.
  • High School diploma/GED.
