Description

· Daily operation of checking order status, communicating with SCM/HQ personnel in Korea to fulfill customer’s requests and provide solution.

· Obtain the most recent forecast from customer, analyze the forecast and place order to the manufacturer weekly.

· Work closely with PC&L(Production Control & Logistics) to update status of shipment , advise production & shipping schedule to the customer. 

· Work closely with freight forwarder in order to review and supervise US Customs compliance and track the shipment for on time delivery to the customers

· Receive orders from customer and instruct warehouse to arrange materials for pick up or delivery.

· Make shipping & export documents. 

· Update NAFTA certificate annually.

· Obtain document related with sales orders and proof of delivery.

· Update shipping report/receipt logs daily

· Establish practices and procedures for international logistics

· Develops effective routings for import and export

· Supervise physical international inventory at the warehouse and manage them in the system (SAP).

· Handle bill document for customs clearance.

· Maintain accurate records of sales history.

· Maintain price chart.

· Report weekly/monthly sales recap to the management to reach the sales goal.

· Manage Month-end closing procedures.

· Help to execute launch activities by maintaining ERP CODE.

Requirements

Education and Work Experience:

· Bachelor degree or above

· Proven educational interest or past experience in international logistics

Knowledge and Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Computer literate (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as familiarity with SAP 

· Advanced knowledge in Excel (vlookup, index, pivot, etc.) 

· Bilingual (English & Korean ) 

· Team workes, good attitude, energetic

· Problem solving skills

· Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task
